I am so excited about the upcoming Pink October 2008! Already we have had some wonderful prizes offered, and I can’t wait to see how much money we earn for Komen this time around. Some of you have had some questions about sponsoring a prize, so I wanted to do a quick post and hopefully answer all of them.
If you have any other questions, or would like to become a sponsor, leave a comment on this post and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible. Thanks!

One thing that I have always wanted to do in our house is to create a guest room in our laundry room. I have a Hawaii theme in mind, and this comforter set is on my wish list for the future guest room. It’s perfectly Hawaiian, with the hibiscus pattern!
It’s a great mini-set from Roxy. Click the photo to be taken to the website.
I am very excited to announce that this year Pink October is going to be held on Wish List Worthy!
Right now we are gathering a bunch of wonderful prizes to be given away during the month of October. Why are we doing this? To help raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research. All the money donated during the month of October to the Susan G. Komen foundation helps them research new methods of detection and hopefully some day a cure for breast cancer.
If you would like to be part of the fun by donating a prize, please let us know!
This sea turtle tote and pouch from Uncommon Goods is so cute!
It’s a perfect way to squeeze in the last days of summer, and it even comes with a pouch to keep your smaller items safe. It’s on sale right now too, and who doesn’t love sea turtles? Click the image to go to the website and see it larger.
I think this organic cotton throw from West Elm would be a perfect addition to any home! It looks great, and is good for the environment.

Plus, it’s very budget friendly at $49.00. Visit the West Elm website to learn more.
