I had been looking for something like this wrap for a long time. When I get out of the bath or shower, I am not always ready to just towel off and get dressed. Sometimes I just want to be a bit lazy, let my lotion sink in a bit, and relax. Obviously sitting around in the wet towel isn’t much fun. Plus, it doesn’t stay on while walking around either. So when the chance to review the Spa Wrap came up, I jumped for joy!

The Spa Wrap from Chic Blvd fits everything I was looking for! It’s super soft, and the simple Velcro closure keeps the wrap in place. What more could a girl ask for? It doesn’t hurt that it’s cute too. Mine is the version above, with the “Buttery Bakery” scenes embroidered on it, though there are many other great options offered, I couldn’t have picked a better one myself.

I will be the first to tell you that shaving is not my favorite thing to do. It seems that I always miss a spot, or end up with a nick. Well, the great news is that Pacific Shaving Company recently sent us two samples, and they were both great!

The shaving oil has a light citrus scent, and made shaving a much nicer, smoother experience. The shaving oil is totally natural, and it left my legs feeling soft and smooth. Another bonus, it was a lot easier to see where I had already shaved. The shaving oil is good for men and women.

They also sent a “Nick Stick”, which helps stop bleeding quickly. It also has a nice roll on aplicator and dries clear. A much better alternative to the usual toilet paper solution for shaving nicks. My husband found it to be a great product, although after using the shaving oil he didn’t have any nicks!

Bethesda Sunscreen Soap is a very innovative product! It’s a bar of soap that contains sunscreen so you can protect your skin for the day while you wash. What could be easier than just replacing your regular bar of soap with one that can actually save your skin from the harmful effects of the sun.

The first time I tried it was on a day when I knew I would be out in the sun a lot, a Saturday! The sunscreen seemed to do it’s job, as I didn’t get burned at all after spending the day in the garden. The SPF is 10, which is a perfect level of protection for everyday.

The soap is made with natural ingredients, and is reasonably priced at $8 a bar (considering the cost of regular sunscreen, this is a bargain)! The only problem that I had with the soap was the scent. Unfortunately it made me sneeze, but I have a very sensitive nose. It would likely not be an issue for most people, and the scent itself is a nice, light one.
