Celebrate Chocolate is a premium chocolate line that is not only meant to tickle your taste buds, but it is also supposed to help control your appetite! That’s right, a chocolate that could help you keep slim and trim. We recently got the chance to try them out, and while I am not sure if they helped control my appetite (since I don’t really have much of one), I can say that they were very high quality.
From the site:
This delicate chocolate blend is created from rare, 100+ year old Venezuelan highland cocoa trees, and rich coastal Guatemalan cocoa. The old plantations were cultivated organically before there was any other way. The ancient recipe enchants with exquisite honey from flowering banana trees, coupled to a touch of chile. Savor traditions.
Delivering powerful nutrition to your body with a sensationally unique taste, Celebrate Chocolate is accented with 59 concentrated whole foods – fruits, nuts, grains, and herbs. Cultivated sustainably, all are freshly harvested from pristine fields in southwestern Brazil. Savor nutrients.
We loved that they were made from natural ingredients, and also the variety of flavors that we tasted in just one piece of chocolate. The chocolates are also a good source of DHA Omega 3, which is known to be heart and brain healthy. Yes, a chocolate treat that is actually good for your health is wish list worthy in our books!

I was lucky enough to get my very own Sleep Number pillow to try out! When I was contacted and told that a pillow specialist would call and help me design my own pillow I was thinking that this must be one special pillow! And indeed it is! Not only did the pillow specialist walk me through all the options, but also helped me choose based on my sleeping style and the kinds of pillows that I had liked in the past. You too can create a pillow that is totally personalized by using Pillow[ology]!
The pillow arrived and after putting it together (there are three parts) I was very excited to give it a try. My pillow has a down alternative inside, with memory foam outer, and the Silver pillow protector. I was especially excited about the hypo-allergenic qualities of the foam and the silver protector. I also had been wanting to try a memory foam pillow because I had heard that they were super comfortable. If you choose memory foam it does need to be aired out for a few days before you sleep on it because of a slight chemical smell.

The pillow is even more comfortable than I imagined! It was odd at first because the memory foam feels firmer than my other pillow, but once I laid on it and it formed to my head it was just the right combination of firmness and softness. More than just being comfortable, I noticed that I have been sleeping much better than before.
The pillows do cost more than a standard pillow, but they also last much longer and the benefit of better sleep makes them worth every penny. I have to say that the Sleep Number pillows by Select Comfort are totally wish list worthy!
Here is a great article from sleep specialist Pete Bils about some tips for allergy suffers. As someone who suffers from allergies, I am very excited about the possible relief that my new pillow can provide.

It’s really nice to see so many products coming out in support of breast cancer research. Winsor Pilates is a very good workout, and I imagine that this pink version is just as great as the regular. But why not work out and support a good cause at the same time?
