Sleep Better Month
Did you know that May is national Better Sleep Month? I just found out about it, and since we spend so much of our lives asleep, it’s an important thing to think about. Sadly, many of us are sleep deprived or sleeping poorly. My husband and I included!
The only bone of contention in our marriage had been our different sleeping patterns, which of course led to sleeping troubles (I wake up when touched, my husband is a mover and kicker, you do the math). We bought a SleepNumber bed to help us sleep better, and it has made a difference. With each of us being more comfortable on our own sides, and able to adjust the firmness/softness, we have slept much better.
